The physical and technical training will get you stronger and faster both physically and mentally. In addition, the majority of techniques and drills practiced during women class are also practical as self-defense use outside the gym. The vast range of possibilities and techniques makes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu an ongoing, fun challenge (which explains the amount of people getting hooked once started. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!).[/font_full1][font_full1 title=”Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for women .” link=”” button=”” icon=”align-center” color=”light” size=”medium” background=”off” spin=”off”]Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent sport for girlsl and women. The martial art holds the premise that ‘soft can win from hard’. This means that a lighter, smaller fighter is able to win from heavier, bigger opponents. Gender or size does not necessarily determine the outcome of a fight. Carlson Gracie Holland holds the elements of mutual respect and friendship in high regard, which results in a non-threatening and friendly training environment.
