About Open Mat.
4 Open Mat a week is very important for students to improve technique and improve physical condition. 2 hours of training where the student is observed by all graduate students and black belts of the academy , is also the best time to fix the mistakes. Train more in Open Mat and see how shortly your physical and technical condition will improve. Open Mat , you can Organize Your Own BJJ Drilling Class . Drilling outside of class is like doing your homework. Working on technique, situations, your weaknesses are all important and can be done outside of class. Do you have partners ? In academy you have a clean mat and a professional timer , and teachers will be there to help you ! I'll see you on the mat.

The smaller class sizes present an excellent opportunity to ask questions and get a more personalized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience. If you are struggling with some aspects of BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), training early in the day with a smaller class may help you troubleshoot. The “morning crew” is also oftentimes a tight-knit group of training partners .

With most BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) classes finishing after 7 or 8 o’clock at night, training early lets you get a tasty meal in and still not go to bed feeling bloated and overfed. In addition, some studies suggest that eating a larger meal in the middle of the day and a light dinner is a healthier way to live.
