I am 4th degree black belt from Carlson Gracie academy,
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
I teach more than 15 years .

I started my training at Carlson Gracie Academy,
and I had the opportunity to spar with the best Brazilian fighters
and follow the evolution of the art.
I represented Carlson Gracie team as a victorious competitor
from 1981 to 1997 .
After that I decided to stop competition due to a
series of injuries and I continued teaching.
