Hello, my name is Marcos Flexa, I’m a 6th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and chief instructor at Carlson Gracie Amsterdam. I was recently privileged to embark on a seminar tour of Europe with guest instructor Marcelo Alonso. We travel to several cities, starting in Amsterdam (NL), Nuremberg (DE), Munich (DE), Hohenems (AS), Zurich (SZ), Saarbrücken (DE) and Luxembourg (LU), where we share our knowledge and techniques with participants anxious.

The seminar tour was a great success, with many enthusiastic participants from different academies and backgrounds. We cover several topics, such as takedowns, guard passing, submissions and strategies, according to the level and needs of the participants. We also had the opportunity to connect and network with other Carlson Gracie Team academies in Europe, which helped to strengthen our ties and exchange ideas.

The benefits of the seminar tour extended beyond individual participants and academies. By sharing our experience and passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we were able to promote the growth and development of the sport in Europe, as well as raise awareness of the values and legacy of the Carlson Gracie Team. We also received positive feedback and testimonials from participants, which encouraged us to continue our mission to spread the art and science of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Overall, the seminar tour was a memorable and rewarding experience for me, Marcelo, and all the participants and academies involved. We look forward to more opportunities to share our knowledge and connect with the Carlson Gracie Team community across Europe. Thank you for your support and dedication to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
